1. We will arrange the estate. This includes organizing, cleaning, and identifying all items in the estate.

2. We will price the estate. Nancy has 16 years experience in all phases.

3. We place the ads. Private sales in restricted areas are no problem with our 7500 emails.

4. We conduct the estate sale.

5. We provide security during the estate sale, if needed.

6. We deliver the check and copies of the receipts within 10 working days of the estate sale.

7. We can arrange a buy-out or a pick-up for anything that is left in the home after the sale.
